LEASING CONTRACT :TERMS AND RULES (accepted when payment is fulfilled)
Thank you for your reservation.

Liability: The contract signee is responsible for informing all co-travelers of rules and terms. All persons travel at their own risk. Children are your responsibility.
Confirmation of booking/payment: Pay in the whole sum or minimum 35% immediately. Remainder is paid in full 30 days before start. Fasten your receipt onto your contract and bring it with you to the starting point( your receipt is your reservation confirmation). Delayed payment is charged with 2.65% interest/ month. If you use another way to pay than our printed form please state following ; how many adults/ children (age); equipment/ start date/ how many days/ client number/ Kg weight for lifevests/ your telephone number.
Terms: Car transportation.We offer this service free of charge. Only 1 car per raft. Bring extra keys. We are not liable for your car during transport or when it is parked. Your car is at your final stop at 5p.m. Delays can occur. Check your insurance. On certain start days there are busses available. On these days we do not drive down your car. The bus is at a cost of 80 SEK per raft includes all persons, this fee is taken away automatically from the first mate instruction guidens. Fishing licenses are bought at your starting point.
The raft and equipment (yours and ours): You are responsible for your own equipment and ours. You pay for lost/ damaged equipment . If the raft is not returned to the right location we charge you for this (minimum of 1700 swedish kr
Garbage: is sorted and recycled. There are recycling bins at the gas stations and food stores. Separate metal, paper, hard/soft plastic, glass(non-returnable) and batteries. You can leave your returnable bottles at the stores and gas stations also. Food scraps can be given to the fish.
Public access law: Obligatory for you and your friends to understand and abide by.
Breach of contract: If terms are not followed, law of public access broken, disturbing/ inconvenient behavior towards camp sites, nature, animals, other visitors, private property, livestock or crops occurs you will be deprived of your raft and our contract considered broken. You will be held responsible for all damages. Police will be called if necessary.
Cancellation insurance: 10 % of the total cost. Private persons: is valid for sickness, deaths accidents within the family. You need affidavits from doctors, insurance company or other authorities. Groups: is valid only if the whole group is affected by incidents out of their control. Up to 20 days before start we repay the full cost (minus cancellation insurance ). After 20 days we repay 90 % of totally amount, we also keep the 10 % of cancellation insurance.
Without cancellation insurance:
40 days before start we repay 75% 30 days before start we repay 50%
20 days before start we repay 25% After 20 days before start we repay 0%
